Historic Cocoa Village Main Street Executive Director
The Executive Director is responsible for implementing the strategic goals and objectives of HCVMS in accordance with the organization’s stated mission and the guidelines established by Florida Main Street and Main Street America.
The Executive Director enables the Board to fulfill its governance function, provides leadership in effective administration, and leads the staff and volunteers who comprise HCVMS and deliver its services. The Executive Director reports directly to the Board of Directors.

Executive Director Lake Wales Main Street, INC.
The Executive Director of Lake Wales Main Street is an organized, dynamic, self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit capable of functioning effectively in an independent work environment. Working in partnership with the Board of Directors, staff, committees, and the community, the Executive Director is responsible for the coordination and oversight of the Main Street organization, focusing on the revitalization of downtown Lake Wales, Florida and is responsible for the organization's consistent achievement of its mission and objectives.
The responsibilities of the Executive Director include oversight and management of all internal and external operations of Lake Wales Main Street, inclusive of but not limited to communications & marketing, fundraising and grant writing, community & economic development, event and program coordination, design, volunteer management, small business support, and strategic planning.
